Strengthening existing business, then further expanding new business with our strong product portfolio – Marco Balzer, our new Managing Director, has firm plans for the future.

The forty-year-old father of two is ideally placed to put this into practice.

The successful former Managing Director of GTD-Graphit is – as he says himself – a generalist with a love of detail who has an eye for the essentials without losing sight of the overarching goals. His excellent technical understanding as a trained mechanical engineer pays off here.

And this is by no means at the expense of his employee management. “I’m not a pre-dancer,” he sums it up. “I prefer to solve challenges in teamwork with my employees.”
