The results can be used both as a complaint pattern and as an internal defect pattern to improve production stability.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Beyond the visible range<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>For three-dimensional microscopic defect analysis, we use state-of-the-art technology that goes beyond the visible range. For this purpose, we use a microscope to create a highly magnified model of the workpiece to be inspected. As a result, not even the smallest detail escapes the qualified staff of our quality assurance laboratory. As always, we rely on zero-defect tolerance and use the process for both complaint samples and internal analyses to further optimize production stability.
