Given the currently experienced industrial decline in sales and revenue prospects all over Europe, we are planning to consolidate our German Coil Coating activities at our site in Bad Salzungen. Maintaining an economically sustainable utilization of two German Coil Coating sites cannot be considered feasible in the long run. In a market environment characterized by rapid change, rising costs, and increasing competitive pressure, we regard this consolidation as a necessary and responsible step. Our objective is to pool our strengths, simplify structures, and deploy resources in a strategically organized manner, thus creating sustainable value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
By choosing this path, we are consistently laying the foundation for further developments in and for Europe. Efficiency, technological expertise, and delivery capability will be further strengthened. At the same time, we will enhance our resilience to market fluctuations ensuring that Europe therefore remains an essential part of our otherwise internationally oriented Group Strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
